Under the provisions of Section 12 par. 1 of Act No. 108/2000 Coll., on Consumer Protection in Doorstep Selling and Distance Selling, as amended, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 60 business days of receiving the Goods, without giving any reason. If the Consumer exercises the right of withdrawal during the above period, the Consumer acknowledges that the Supplier is entitled to claim reimbursement of demonstrably incurred necessary costs associated with withdrawal from the contract.
By withdrawing from the contract, the Parties are obliged to return the contractual performance provided to each other. If the Consumer has already taken over the ordered Goods, the Consumer is obliged to return it in the original, undamaged packaging. If the Consumer returns the ordered Goods damaged, partially consumed or in a condition not corresponding to the condition in which it was sent by the Seller, the Consumer acknowledges that the Seller is also entitled to be compensated for such damage, which the Seller is obliged to prove, from the amount paid by the Consumer for the ordered Goods.
In the withdrawal from the contract, the Consumer is also obliged to state the contact details and account number to which the amount for the ordered Goods is to be credited by the Seller. The Seller undertakes to pay the amount paid or the amount reduced by the incurred damage immediately after the ordered Goods are returned.
